Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To book an appointment, please complete the online booking form or contact me via Instagram or email. A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due on the day of the appointment for event makeup, or one week before for weddings. Note: Pricing does not change based on the style of makeup requested. Cancellation & Rescheduling Non-Bridal: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Wedding: Deposits are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, in the event of an unforeseen emergency (e.g., illness, etc.) preventing the makeup artist from attending, every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement, or the client will receive a full refund. Any additional services (e.g., extra bridesmaids added after the contract is signed) will be charged per person and must be confirmed at least one week before the wedding. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or canceled. Travel Fees I offer mobile services with a travel fee of $0.75 per km (round trip) from Brantford. Health & Safety For your safety, please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities to makeup products before the appointment. I maintain strict hygiene practices for all services. Refunds & Satisfaction No refunds are offered once the service is completed. If you are not satisfied with your makeup, please let me know so we can make necessary adjustments.
