Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To book an appointment, please complete the online booking form. Full payment is due to Flawless Salon & Med Spa. Cash is preferred. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time, or failure to attend (no-show), will be charged 100% of the service total. By booking, you agree to this policy.
